Hello Cromwell Swim Families!

It has been great to see our swimmers working hard past couple weeks on conditioning, stroke development and of course having some great FUN!  We are now just 1 week away from our first swim meet and NOW is the time to sign up to fulfill your volunteer commitment for the season.  We could not have a swim team without our parent support during the season.  Please see below details and complete your sign up by THURSDAY JUNE 24th @8pm.

Volunteer Commitment:  Each family is asked to fulfill (5) volunteer roles (points) during the course of the season.

Volunteer Roles:  Roles are slightly different for home/away meets but are listed as roles specific for each event.  Roles include, officials, finish judge, timers, runners, scoring table and snack bar as well as various social event roles.  All training is provided and each role is for the entire duration of the swim meet.

How do I volunteer?  Sign into your Cromwellhills.swimtopia.com account and click the "meets & events" tab.  On this tab there is a sign up calendar which lists all of our events.  If you are available to volunteer for a specific event click the "Job Sign Up" button and select your role.  To finish just click the "save assignment" button and move to next event.
